How to get Yassir services?
To use our services, you need to download the app on your mobile device through App store or Google Play Store; Search Yassir in the search bar at the top of the screen; Tap on the Yassir app icon when it appears in the search results; Tap the ‘Install’ button to start the in installation process; Wait for the app to finish downloading and installing on your device; Once it’s finished, you can open the app and start using it to order
How do I register?
Open the app and follow the instructions to register, confirm your email address as well as your phone number.

There is no maximum order value or quantity. You can add as many items to your cart as you like.
Can I send an order to another address?
Yes, on the home screen you can tap on the bar at the top of the screen and search for the address.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes it is possible. Our order cancellation and refunds policy is documented here - link.
What are the payment options that Yassir has?
We have two payment options: Cash on delivery and we accept Visa & Mastercards
How does payment work?
Payment can be done via card or cash. For card payments, customers add the card directly on the app and authorize the payment at checkout. For cash payments, the customer pays the cash over to the driver.
How much is the delivery fee?
We charge a delivery fee of R35.00. You will receive free delivery with your first order with us.
